Shipping, Notifications and Tracking

Our store will generate an email notifying you when your shipment has been created and when it has been shipped, along with a tracking number and link.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii however these locations do not qualify for our free shipping offers due to the additional cost of shipping.

PO Boxes / AFO / FPO

We primarily use UPS to deliver our packages therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, AFO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States. This may change in the future, however.

Other Shipping Terms and Agreements

We cannot guarantee shipping and transit times but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs in the event that a package cannot be delivered, returned, or rerouted, due to missing, invalid or improper address.

Returns, Damaged or Lost Items

We offer returns on all new and unused items within 5 days of purchase, while defective items will be replaced at no charge.

To offset the cost of shipping, we charge a 15% flat restocking fee on new and unused items.
Note: It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item and we will work with you to facilitate the process.

Any custom, engraved or personalized order is non-refundable once paid for.
